Harvey Performance Company Acquires ATA

Rowley, Massachusetts, USA, and Killygarry, Cavan, IRL – Harvey Performance Company (“Harvey Performance” or the “company”), a leading provider of specialized cutting tools for precision machining applications, today announced the acquisition of ATA. Harvey Performance serves the market through industry-leading brands Harvey Tool, Helical Solutions, Micro 100, Titan USA, CoreHog, and Valor Holemaking. ATA is an Ireland-based precision engineering multinational and the parent company of the Karnasch, SGSPRO, ATA Tools, Van Hoorn Carbide, Industrial Tooling Corporation (“ITC”), and Garryson brands.
