I am using .090 dia. 2.25 long end mills to spot face to establish a flat surface for a 2.0mm spot drill. I need to stick them out 1.25 from toll holder nut due to parts being on an angle, tool holder nut could hit the parts. you did not cover plunge milling with micro tools on the miniature tool video. Any tips would be awesome. thank you

Using a .062 ball mill to add a relief to the side of a spline tooth. How deep do you suggest for each pass?
