CNC Machinist

Location: Gorham, ME

POSITION DETAILS:

As a CNC Machinist, you will:

  • Create, Setup and maintain operation of a variety of CNC tool and cutter grinders in a high-volume production environment, while working with our state of the art Walters and Rollomatic machines.
  • Assist manufacturing engineering in continuous improvement practices.
  • Perform first piece and in-process inspection during manufacturing.
  • Troubleshoot new product manufacturing processes and methodologies.

Development Engineer

One in this position will prepare complete and accurate documentation of approved product lines and provide support to the New Product Development team.

  • Idea Generation
    • Learn multiple facets of generating new products leads.
    • Maintain ongoing listing of leads and the schedule of completion.
    • Follow up on leads and develop support to turn leads into approved ideas.
  • Product Research

  • Product Documentation

HRIS/Payroll Specialist

Location: Rowley, MA

We are looking for an HRIS/Payroll Specialist to manage the functionality of Harvey Performance Company’s HRIS system including Time & Attendance/Payroll. This person will collaborate with the entire HR team to understand business processes supported by the HRIS system, ensuring the integrity of all HR data. This exciting role will also support all payroll processes.

POSITION DETAILS:

As an HRIS/Payroll Specialist, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with HR team to ensure processes and system functionality, driving continuous improvement.
  • Support/cross-train on the processing of multi-site payrolls, resolving issues and escalating with HRIS vendor as appropriate.
  • Create, edit, and prepare regular reports and dashboards on workforce metrics. Support ad hoc reporting requests as necessary.
  • Conduct the review, testing, and implementation of new HRIS modules and/or HR technology. Develop training materials and educates employees and new system users on functionality.
  • Manage annual HRIS processes including, but not limited to, performance management cycle and open enrollment.
  • Support various HR team initiatives and projects beyond HRIS.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
  • 3+ years of HRIS administration experience, UltiPro experience is strongly preferred.

Junior Marketing Designer

Location: Rowley, MA

As a Junior Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for designing creative materials across a variety of print and digital mediums across our different brands and product lines to help bring them to life through clean and engaging designs.

In this exciting/challenging role, one will work closely with the Marketing & Design Specialist to aid in the creation of our product catalogs. This designer will also produce visuals and collateral that support our product marketing efforts and strategies.

POSITION DETAILS:

As a Junior Marketing Designer, you will:

  • Manage our product/tool image and photography efforts including:
    • Arranging photoshoots
    • Editing and manipulating photos
    • Maintaining accurate and organized file management practices.
  • Assist in the production of brand catalogs by supporting table creation efforts, line drawing formatting, page layout building, and other image needs.
  • Create various on-brand marketing collateral and address customers’ need-states. Includes but is not limited to:
    • Flyers, banners, promotional items, social media assets, digital artwork, posters, shipping and packaging materials, SEM ads, catalog art, etc.
  • Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications and coordinate with outside printers and vendors to print and produce artwork and promotional items.
  • Organize and update our visual assets by leveraging product dimensional data and automated system integrations to accurately assign product photos to the correct sku sets.
  • Maintain product and visual assets in our Data Asset Management system to ensure proper file naming, accurate and complete metadata tags, and correct categorizations.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, graphic design, or related field
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, and Illustrator required
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premier is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI), marketing automation (Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), and web analytics tools (Google Analytics) a plus.

Light Maintenance Technician

  • Ensure overall cleanliness of the manufacturing floor by sweeping loose debris, mopping spills, cleaning floors with floor scrubber.
  • Monitor and maintain coolant filtration systems.

  • Monitor and maintain air filters on AC system and CNC machinery.
  • Perform regular forklift inspection.
  • Assist Maintenance with light maintenance projects.

  • Create/edit/maintain Engineering documentation such as:

Manufacturing Technician

POSITION DETAILS:

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will:

  • Support Blank Bank Operations as follows:
    • Receive raw material(s) by verifying physical count to packing slip.
    • Organize and store raw materials by brand, size, and lot number.
    • Restock and organize consumables by brand and part number (internal and/or external).
    • Support purchasing with reporting of consignment usage and demand reports.
    • Performs inventory stock counts on a regular and/or required basis.
  • Issue material to manufacturing orders following standard processes, delivering parts in totes or cassettes to the manufacturing areas.
  • Receive consumable products and deliver to respective stock areas.
  • Update ERP systems as determined.

  • High School Degree or GED.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse shipping or receiving role preferred.
