Our CNC Tool Cutter Grinder Team Members are responsible for the setup and operation of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery, as well as the quality of the industry leading tools we produce. We are currently hiring for multiple shifts.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

POSITION DETAILS:

As a CNC Machinist, you will learn how to:

  • Create, edit, and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding programs, working with our state-of-the-art Walters machines.
  • Perform first piece and in-process inspection of product.
  • Assist coworkers in keeping equipment running efficiently.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING:

  • Associates degree in Machine Tool Technology preferred.
  • Ability to follow engineering documents such as product drawings, process sheets, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist – Social Media, you will leverage your experience and knowledge in the social media space to drive customer engagement and awareness for our brands.  In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for our industry-leading social media accounts, engaging with tens of thousands of followers on a daily basis, as well as influencers and corporate partners. You will play an important role in our quest to further expand our marketing technology stack and optimize our content for the digital space.

THE POSITION:

As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming tickets and issues from end-users related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Install and configure applications for existing and new systems such as O365, Adobe, Tool Studio and Windows OS.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR - 3RD SHIFT


QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Location: Gorham, ME


OVERVIEW:

Our Quality Control Inspectors play a collaborative role to the many different daily quality control department needs.  Hands-on training is provided on all metrology equipment, and in all Inspection Department processes.

POSITION DETAILS:

As a QC Inspector, you will learn how to:

  • Perform mechanical, physical and visual inspection of tools to ensure conformance to specified requirements, and become proficient in the inspection of customer RMAs and sample tools.
  • Properly use optical comparator, vision systems, Helicheck and hand-held inspection tools to identify tool dimensions and characteristics.
  • Work with Fulfillment, Receiving and Production staff to ensure the accuracy of routers, packing slips and tooling descriptions.
  • Identify manufacturing failures and accurately document failures through Nonconforming Product Documentation.
  • Cross train with other departments to grow knowledge of company product and processes.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING:

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings desired.
  • Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing fundamentals desired.
  • Understanding of CNC tooling and/or machining operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR


SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR

Description

THE POSITION:

As the Director of Supply Chain, you will drive the following aspects of our business:

Procurement

  • Support new Procurement function for the purchase of direct and indirect materials across the company.
  • Develop purchasing processes to maximize organizational value and efficiency.

Production Planning

  • Oversee the production planning process, ensuring that the appropriate processes and technology are being leveraged to meet customer expectations for product availability and service.
  • Drive the optimization of our ERP system for use in inventory and demand planning.

Fulfillment Operations

  • Support the fulfillment team in managing all aspects of inventory management and order processes, including receiving, labeling put-away, cycle-counting, picking, packing and shipping activities. Ensure adequate staffing to meet peak demand times.
  • Lead design and implementation of the next generation of the order-fulfillment process, making sure to leverage information technology, warehousing technology, and process improvements to build a scalable process that improves utilization of people and space.
  • Develop and improve communication and feedback channels/forum to vendors regarding incoming shipments, packaging & labeling and warehouse policies.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development, use, and maintenance of KPIs across all functions.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of supply chain, procurement and / or distribution experience, with at least three years’ experience as a manager of managers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume order fulfillment environment is preferred
  • Previous experience with leading ERP systems
  • APICs CPIM is a plus
  • Ability to analyze data to gain insights and help make business decisions. Deep understanding of Financial Planning process is desired.
